Bonum has appointed Kristin Hygen as new project manager

Kristin Hygen comes from the department for assessment and analysis at OPAK AS, where she worked for two and a half years, before taking up the position as project manager at Bonum on 1 January. Hygen will, amongst other things, have project management responsibility for new development projects.

Hygen's duties at OPAK primarily consisted of concept choice assessments, which are early phase assessments in connection with large state or municipal projects. She also worked with uncertainty analyses.

"OPAK is a company consisting of highly competent people with extensive experience within the construction and property market, and I greatly appreciate everything I learnt during the years I was there," she tells Estate Nyheter.

Residential more appealing

At OPAK, Hygen primarily worked with public projects, but her interest in the residential market is greater.

"The residential market is topical and interesting, and as there is a great need to establish new homes in Oslo, there is a higher tempo in this market," she says.

"Having followed the private property market, I am impressed by what Bonum has achieved in a short time. It is a company consisting of young, highly ambitious people who want further growth. I want to be part of this environment," she continues.

Managing Director of Bonum, Thomas Bergum Bø, is pleased with the new appointment.

"Bonum is currently further strengthening several of our departments with skilled people, including the project department, and found a very good candidate in Kristin. She has in-depth experience from larger projects, great work capacity and fits well into Bonum. Kristin will be a valuable addition to Bonum going forward," concludes Bø.
