Joining Bonum are the investment companies Carmelina, Daimyo Eiendom, Middelborg and Orlando, as well as Rema, according to a press release.
"We have great growth ambitions and are very pleased to have these industrial investors join the team. This gives us increased capacity to realise more good projects. We have been fortunate to work closely with many skilled partners and solid systems, and now we are bringing several of these on board as shareholders. They know our culture, we think alike, they complement our organisation and we believe they will help take Bonum further. We are entering a particularly exciting time and are so grateful for the trust shown by our new shareholders," says Anders Bakken Eriksen of Bonum.
He has great faith in the market.
"We believe residential and real estate is a good place to be in the years ahead. We will take larger market shares in Eastern Norway and are also looking at new regions. We buy property both ourselves and in partnership with other players, both financial and industrial, and we will continue to do so. We are developing ever larger projects and now have a portfolio under development with total sales volumes of just over 15 billion kroner," notes Bakken Eriksen.
In total, the new investors will own 22.5 per cent of the Bonum Group, distributed with 5 per cent each for Carmelina, Middelborg, Daimyo Eiendom and Rema, and 2.5 per cent for Orlando. The original owners, Espen T. Lundkvist, Anders Bakken Eriksen and Stefan Moltke-Hansen Yan, continue their ownership of 77.5 per cent in Bonum through their holding companies.
