After an intense bidding round, the Oslo company won the battle for a combination building of just over 3,700 square metres.
Hvittingfossveien 153 in Holmestrand was put up for sale this week. It did not take long before the commercial building was sold, according to broker and partner Trond Stensholt at Q4 Næringsmegling.
– From when we matched out on Monday, it took barely four days until it was sold. There were 12 bids and many interested parties, he tells EiendomsWatch on Friday.
