Bonum bought plot – will build housing in Nydalen

Bonum has secured Gunnar Schjelderups vei 9 and will build housing on the site.

Bonum Utvikling will develop the property Gunnar Schjelderups vei 9 in Nydalen. Work on zoning the site will now commence. Dialogue has been established with the municipality with a view to creating a comprehensive detailed zoning plan for the properties south of Ring 3.

"We are looking forward to starting the zoning process on this exciting property with a very good location centrally in Nydalen. We want to develop a project that stands out and contributes positively to the area," says Richard Zagar, project director at Bonum Prosjekt. Bonum Prosjekt will be responsible for project management and development of the property.

Gunnar Schjelderups vei 9 has a central location between Storo and Nydalen metro stations and is planned to be developed into a housing project by Bonum Utvikling.

Attractive area

The property has a size of 3,868 square metres and is located within a development area in the municipal plan. Today's buildings of 3,700 square metres GFA consist of a four-storey office building with a workshop wing facing Gunnar Schjelderups vei.
