Entra has sold the property Aasta Hansteens vei 20 at Stovner in Oslo, according to an announcement.
The price tag is NOK 80 million, which corresponds to a premium of 20 per cent compared with book values at 30 September 2018.
Bonum is the buyer, and the transaction is expected to be completed on 31 January 2019.
