In a glimpse through the car window you see in between worn warehouse buildings and offices. That a new district is to emerge there behind the traffic machinery is difficult to imagine.
But precisely here, between Ring 3 and the railway tracks by Økernblokken, the following is now proposed: 650 homes. Office and commercial buildings with approximately 4,000 workplaces, shops and cafés.
