From Stor-Oslo Eiendom to Bonum

Richard Zagar is becoming project director at Bonum, and will establish a new department with project managers

– Zagar has a profile that fits very well into Bonum's system. He has extensive experience from major development projects, most recently Rift Colosseum, and will thus be able to help strengthen and complement an already very competent department, says Thomas B. Bø, managing director at Bonum.

Richard Zagar has 13 years' experience in property development and project management, the last six years of which at Stor-Oslo Eiendom as project manager / project manager. There he has worked with early-phase / zoning, contracting of turnkey contracts as well as implementation of residential and commercial projects.

Currently he is project manager for the project Rift Colosseum / Sørkedalsveien 8 at Majorstuen with a total of 116 exclusive flats, 12,000 square metres of office space as well as restaurant and café.

A company in growth

– Bonum is a company in growth with many exciting projects in the pipeline and needs at all times to strengthen our expertise, says Bø.

In January, Zagar starts as project director at Bonum, where he will establish a new department with project managers who will work with early-phase / regulatory processing, contracting and implementation, as well as assist with acquisition. Bonum will then, together with the newly established company Bonum Utvikling, become a complete property development company with facilitation, transactions, development as well as implementation of major property projects.

High ambitions

– Zagar will elevate the project department so that Bonum can make the implementation more efficient and maximise the profitability of the projects we take on. Through our new venture Bonum Utvikling, the need for expertise within combined residential and commercial property projects will increase and we are certain that Zagar is the right man for us, says Bø.

The ambitions of the project department are great and according to Bø they will relatively quickly need more committed employees who want to work in an exciting and ambitious environment.
