Bonum dropped by Career Days 2017 at BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo, Nydalen to talk with future property developers. Career Days is an excellent arena for young people who want to learn more about exciting companies. At Bonum's stand, several eager students stopped by who were full of questions about Bonum. Bonum got to share its experience and passion for property development.
Getting a first-hand impression of the students is always beneficial, so that when they one day send a job application we already know them. In addition, the students get an impression of us which hopefully means they will send an application our way when their studies are complete. Bonum is always looking for young, talented and dedicated students for the company!
At Career Days, Bonum got to speak with many talented BI students who visited the stand. Surprisingly enough, a great many believe that property is only about estate agency, but Bonum could tell them that it is about so very much more. Bonum believes that several students have had their eyes opened to all the exciting tasks that exist within property development, says Macro Analyst Ann Kristin.
At Bonum's stand we received a visit from a good mix of students. Some did not know Bonum from before, whilst others knew Bonum and were curious about whether we had internship and trainee programmes.
Bonum received several applications at the stand, in addition to several applications coming in digitally in the wake of Career Days. It is exciting to see that several students are interested in working at Bonum both during and after their studies. Bonum has good experience with bringing newly graduated and talented people into the company, so there are absolutely some exciting candidates for the future, says HR Manager Christian Kjemperud.
