Løchenveien 14

In the first quarter of 2017, Bonum purchased several adjacent properties at Løchenveien 14. We thus faced the task of managing this unique opportunity in beautiful Bygdøy. Our ambition for the project was to preserve the rare environment in this peaceful corner of Bygdøy by building homes that are adapted to the neighbourhood and the surrounding area. There was only one thing to do. Create a shared dream that we could all be proud of together. The result is nine exclusive villa apartments with underground parking and a fantastic, inviting communal garden. The property has a very attractive location, sheltered from noise, and the project is designed so that the sun is accessible from morning to evening. At Løchenveien, the quality-conscious will experience their wish list being fulfilled.
